Guests
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that:
Monday to Friday
- A full, associate or restricted member may introduce three guests at any time providing that he/she play with those guests at all times
during their visit. - Individual guests may not be introduced on more than eight occasions in any calendar year. (This includes weekends/bank holidays).
- Monday – Friday: Present Green Fee is £15 per guest
Weekends/Bank Holidays
- Full and associate members may introduce only one guest per calendar month providing that he/she play with those guests at all times during their visit.
- Guest introduced must be a member of a recognised golf club and have a handicap of not higher than 21 for gentlemen and 27 for ladies.
- Please ensure that your guest has a handicap certificate, since this will be required when booking in with the professional.
- Present green fee is £18 per guest.
Always
- See that the appropriate green fee is paid.
- Club professional to keep record and check prior to issuing green fee ticket.
- Members to ensure that the receipt for green fee is displayed on guest’s golf bag.
- Guest’s name and address together with member’s name is printed in the visitor’s book in the professional shop.
