Seniors Section - Great Barr Old Boys
The seniors section is open to club members 60 years of age and not in full time work. A nominal £5 yearly subscription is required – this covers day to day running costs.
We have almost 100 members and each year play 27 inter club matches against other golf clubs in the area. In addition to this, we have 12 senior competitions which are all club handicap qualifying competitions. We also run a Seniors Open competition in August, which is very popular in the area and is always well supported. The competitions culminate in the Seniors Masters Competition and then the year ends with the Seniors Annual Presentation Dinner Dance.
